Mrs. Holland models our district mission to create a collaborative culture of growth on a daily basis in word and action. From recruiting the best and brightest for our students to providing continuous support to all faculty and staff, Mrs. Holland positions our personnel for greatness to ensure that our students achieve academic success. Mrs. Holland brings positive energy to the work with calm reassurance and continuous feedback. She works diligently to provide increasing clarity to the right work through development of procedures for improved efficiency and effectiveness. While she serves the district at the macro level, I am continuously moved by Mrs. Holland's servant leadership approach - always ready to bring boots to the ground on the frontlines with our leaders and teachers - regardless of the challenges ahead. I recall walking into a school and seeing Mrs. Holland working with a small group of students in a classroom. It is THE work for her. Our district knows that Mrs. Holland will lock arms and support what is needed. Always ready with a warm smile and a word of encouragement, Mrs. Holland builds collective efficacy so that we achieve our district vision of ensuring that students are equipped to be enrolled, enlisted, or employed post-graduation. As a key difference maker, I want to acknowledge Mrs. Holland for the many ways that she comes alongside our teachers and leaders - but also makes herself accessible to serve our students through teaching, learning, and whole child support. As a leader, she never loses sight of the reality that she was a teacher first - and she will always be a teacher. Mrs. Holland is a Hidden Hero for our district as she relentlessly pursues those practices which increase success for all. We are so grateful to have her leading our work!
