I chose Dr. Wyche because she truly deserves this recognition. She is more than an educator and leader; she genuinely cares about the children, families, and staff she works with. Her dedication, patience, compassion, and passion for helping children learn and grow are truly inspiring. She goes above and beyond to create a loving, safe, and positive environment where every child feels valued and supported. As a director, she leads with love, understanding, and determination while setting an amazing example for those around her. I have seen firsthand how much heart she puts into what she does, and I couldn’t be prouder of the difference she makes in others' lives. To me, she isn’t just my auntie; she is an incredible woman, educator, and role model who deserves to be celebrated for all of her hard work and dedication. ❤️
