I would like to nominate Paul Veraldi as a Difference Maker within our school because of his unwavering dedication to our students, staff, and school community. As an ESS teacher, Paul goes above and beyond to build meaningful relationships with students, recognize their individual strengths, and help them work toward achieving their goals. He understands the importance of making every student feel valued, supported, and capable of success.
Paul’s impact extends far beyond the classroom. He generously shares his time and talents by creating shirts for our school and many other schools in the community. From school spirit shirts and Field Day shirts to PTO and club shirts, Paul is always willing to step up and help bring ideas to life. No matter what is needed, he consistently demonstrates a willingness to serve others and support the success of our school.
What makes Paul a true Difference Maker is his servant-hearted attitude and his commitment to making a positive impact wherever he can. When he sees a need, he steps in. One example of this is when a teacher wanted to start a summer writing club, he did everything he could to help her make it happen and even made special shirts for the students to wear. He invests in students, supports his colleagues, and strengthens our school community through his generosity, creativity, and dependability. Paul exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond, and his contributions make our school a better place for everyone. He is truly deserving of recognition as a Hidden Hero.
