Caitlin Humberson is the face of Crooked River Elementary School. She is the first person to greet guests to our building each day with her smile and pleasant demeanor. At any given time, she is collaborating with teachers, parents, students, and staff to help with many aspects of our school. Mrs. Humberson supports registration, student information, communication in the front office, and the list goes on and on. Mrs. Humberson is always searching for answers when implementing county wide initiatives. Her commitment to communication is evident in the relationships she builds with both families and staff. When she is given a challenging task, Mrs. Humberson proceeds with grace and kindness.
In addition to her incredible communication skills, she is able to quickly master new information and share her knowledge with others. She embodies quiet excellence, consistently doing the job with care, integrity, and precision. Without seeking recognition, she sets a standard of professionalism and reliability that inspires others and makes a lasting impact. This school year, as we transitioned to a new student information system, she has continued to guide both our staff and families with patience and expertise. Her steady support has helped us navigate the changes together with confidence. We are honored to nominate Mrs. Humberson for the Hidden Hero recognition. The River is blessed to have her on staff!
